Coordination partner exercise with ball

Setup

2 players face each other at a distance of 6m to 10m.

Procedure

1. The players throw the ball at the same time. Tip: One throws the ball from below and one from above or both throws the ball from the side (one left and one right). 2. Throw the ball, clap your hands before catching. 3. Throw the ball, clap your hands once and then touch your right thigh with your right hand, catch. 4. Throw the ball, clap your hands once, then touch the right thigh with your right hand and then touch your left thigh with your left hand, catch. 5. Throw the ball, clap your hands once, then touch your right thigh with your right hand and then touch your left thigh with your left hand and clap your hands once, catch. 6. Throw the ball, then make a full turn and catch the ball. 7. One player has the ball on his foot, the other player in his hand. The player with the ball in hand throws it up and catches it again. While the ball is in the air, the other player passes the ball to him with his foot, which he has to pass back before catching the ball. Tip: Do not look after the thrown ball, but pay attention to the passed ball, fit back and only then look at the thrown ball again.

- The coordinative interaction of body and ball is trained. - The eye follows the ball. - Catch the ball in time. - Talk to each other and coordinate the processes.
