Setup

  • 9 coordination rings
  • 6 tall cones (pylons)
  • 3 flat cones
  • 1 goal
  • Balls at position 3

Procedure

  • Yellow player starts at 1 and runs through the coordination rings.
  • Run through rings side by side with one touch each and touch individual rings with both feet once.
  • At 2, knees are bent, and in a swinging jump, Yellow swings the foot over the cones to the right and left with a step in between.
  • At 3, Yellow receives a driven pass from Blue and plays it directly into the run of Blue (5). Yellow now takes over the position of Blue.
  • At 6, Blue performs a high-speed dribble, passes the ball to Station 1, and receives a one-two pass.
  • There is a shot on goal at 7a. Blue takes Yellow's position.

Tip

  • Pay attention to the rhythmic swinging and bending of the knees at 2.
