Coordination with Targeted Completion

Setup

• 5 cones
• 12 medium hurdles
• 9 coordination rings
• 1 coordination manager
• 1 high hurdle
• 4 marking cones/cones in 2 colors

Procedure

• The start is alternately from the right and left.
• Start time: When the next player (red) in the middle gets a high five.
• Left: The players each run forward in quick short steps. or backwards around the cones in order to then jump over the hurdles with both legs / one leg
• Right: running over the coordination rings -> 2 rings next to each other: the right and the left foot -> 1 ring: both feet (1 step per ring)
• After the coordination exercises, player red high fives. Green player takes the position of red.
• The red player runs over the coordination ladder with 2 steps per square and foot. If there is a cone next to the coordination ladder, then the player takes an extra step to the cone
• The trainer / player next to the goal shows where the shot should be taken with a pressure pass by selecting a color and holding it up or down.
• After the red player has climbed over the coordination ladder, the TW jumps over the hurdle with both feet and goes into the basic position.

Tip

• Exercise can also be conducted as a competition between 2 teams
• The quality of the exercises still has priority over speed
