Setup

The striker I is positioned at the goalkeeper and J at the height of the 5-meter space. The central defenders C and B and the half-right midfielder G are placed at the level of the penalty area. The left outer midfielder E is positioned centrally in the back of the penalty area and the half-left midfielder F behind him, slightly to the left. The two full-backs A and D are in the two semi-central positions at the center line. Player H hits the corner. Player / position legend: TW = goalkeeper A = left full-back B = left central-defender C = right central defender D = right full-back E = left outer midfielder F = half-left midfielder G = half-right midfielder H = right outer midfielder I = left striker J = right striker

Procedure

Player H hits the ball on the 1st post to extend or to convert directly. As soon as H starts, striker I moves from the goalkeeper to the 1st post and J runs towards the goalkeeper. The half-right midfielder G runs to the position between the 1st post and the center of the 5-meter space and player B towards the 2nd post. The right central defender C runs into the center between the 5-meter space and the penalty point, player E secures the back area and tries to use deflected balls. Player F and the two full-backs A and D secure to the rear. After each corner kick, the original positions are taken up again and the next round starts. Striker variant: Striker I can also be positioned on the 1st post, where balls can be extended or shot directly on goal. J stands by the goalkeeper and tries to disturb him (no foul). At the beginning train without an opponent to develop automatisms. Later train with opponents and of course from both sides.
