Setup

• Mark players according to their positions
• 2 goals

Procedure

The exercise is always initiated with a corner kick or free kick. Position the players accordingly. After taking the set piece, the goalkeeper or defender initiates a counterattack. The aim is to use a player in depth as directly as possible. This player dribbles the ball and attempts to play another forward into the game with a pass behind the defense. Players sprint with maximum speed up to the halfway line.

Coaching Points

• After some time, conduct the exercise with 2 teams. After goal kicks or goals scored, always restart the exercise with set pieces. Give the players enough time to position themselves
