Divide into three teams
Procedure
Station A:
The first player in the middle dribbles and shoots at the goal with a goalkeeper.
The second player in the middle dribbles and also shoots at the goal.
The right winger crosses into the middle to the two central attackers. Then the second round follows, and so on.
Station B:
Two teams play 3-3 or 4-4 towards one goal with a goalkeeper.
The goalkeeper starts the game with a throw to a player from the red team, who is positioned at one of the corner markers (yellow cones).
The red team chooses the player and the point of player opening through communication independently.
If a goal is scored, the team retains possession through a new player opening by the goalkeeper. If the ball goes out, the throw-in rule applies, and the start of the new round always begins with the goalkeeper.
