Crosses from the touch line, byline, and halfway line

Setup

5 players, of which 3 are crossers and 2 are strikers. The goalkeeper is in the goal. The balls are with the crossers. The crossers are positioned approx. 25-30 Meters from the goal and the two central attackers are 16 Meters from goal.

Procedure

The crossers cross balls into the penalty area from differing distances, which the two strikers should meet after crossing their runs. The goalkeeper tries to either intercept the crosses directly or to fend off the strikers

Tip

1 full-court goal(s), - The goalkeeper stands facing the crosser.\nHe stands centrally 2-3 m in front of the goal.\n- Each time he has to predict, whether he can intercept the ball in the air, before the strikers arrive to the ball or whether he stays on his line and await the strikers
