A hat course with a total of 4 cones (I-IV) according to the drawing is set up in front of a goal. The players stand in a row on the fifth cone, the start cone. There is a goalkeeper in the goal. The balls are next to cone IV. There shouldn't be more than 10 players per station.
At the command of the coach or a teammate, the starting player sprints into the cone triangle to cone II. There he switches to reverse cone to cone I, circles around it and sprints forward to cone II out of the triangle. There he switches backwards to cone III , With one turn, he switches to forward running and sprints to cone IV, where he picks up the ball lying there and does a linear dribbling at high speed towards the goal. At the level of the penalty area, the round ends with a shot on goal. As soon as the player has finished route 3, the next player starts.
- As soon as the player is in front of the cone IV he makes an explosive 90 degree turn and starts a speed dribble. - Tight ball control. - The upper body is slightly bent forward at the start of dribbling. When he stops and pulls back the ball, he straightens up a bit. - When performing a body feint, the body's center of gravity shifts to the right or left depending on the direction of execution due to the lateral bending of the upper body, which is typical for body feints. - Do not lean backwards. - The arms are angled in the elbow joint and are carried sideways by the body, according to the normal arm movement when running / walking. - Bend your leg when taking the ball with you. - The ball is only touched lightly ("gently"). A sensitivity for the ball has to be built up. - The view should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front). - Fast, short movements. - Move on your footpads. - Short contact time with the ground. - Keep up the pace. - As many ball contacts as possible. - The legs are slightly bent in the knee joint during execution. - Tight ball guidance (ball should not leave the foot more than 50 cm). - Pay attention to the sharpness and accuracy of the shot. - The aim is to train perception, anticipation, reaction and the start with game-appropriate ball technique (dribbling, shot on goal). - 4 cones
