A hurdle is built in the centre of the goal. The goalkeeper stands to the side of this. The goalkeeper coach stands approx. 10 meters in front of the goal with balls. (See diagram).
Procedure
The coach throws the balls in a direction so that the goalkeeper has to jump over the hurdle in order to catch the ball. The next phase then starts from the other side, so that the goalkeeper switches between having to jump to the left and right. Learning aid: 1 Full size goal
