Player A begins the exercise with a pass to player C. At the moment of the pass, player B starts from his cone towards cone II. Player A, in turn, starts towards cone I, backing off player B. Player C playes the ball played by Ainto the running track of player B, who plays the ball diagonally in the direction of the cone I at the level of the cone II. The players B and C now move towards the goal and cross as soon as the player A plays the ball passed by B into the penalty area to use it there. When finished, players will turn clockwise on the next hatch (A-> B; B-> C; C-> A).
