Setup
- 12 cones in 2 colors
- 2 triangles to mark the defenders' positions
- 1 cone goal for the attackers
Procedure
- The attacker tries to enter the defenders' triangles. 2 defenders attempt to double-team the attacker.
- If the defenders win the ball, they must dribble through the central cone goal.
Tip
Coaching Points
- Allow the 2nd defender to come into the field from different starting positions: sideways, from behind, or from the front.
- The defenders should attempt to double-team the attacker immediately.
- The attacker must utilize their acquired speed and use various feints to overcome 2 defenders.
