Setup

• 2 mini goals 1
• 12 rings
• 6 cones
• 5 cones
• 2 pass walls
• 4 poles

Procedure

The players are divided into 2 groups.

One player from each team starts with the ball in hand. First the rings are crossed. In the double rings with one contact and in the single rings with left and right foot each one contact.

Then the ball is placed on the ground and dribbling through the bars is performed.

The players then play the ball over the cones, pass to the bench and get the rebound.

Dribbling around the cone and at the latest from the height of the middle cone is completed on the mini goal.

At that moment, the next player starts.

• Make sure that the stations are carried out cleanly despite the competition
