Construction of a square with a cone course according to the graphic.
The player moves freely in the dribbling parcour and decides which dribble paths he will go and whether and if so, which feats he will use. Due to the two different color markings of the cones, the trainer can steer through wich cones the players dribble.
- Start slowly and get faster then. - Always take a new dribble path. - The upper body is slightly bent forward at the start of dribbling. When he stops and pulls back the ball, he straightens up a bit. - When performing a body feint, the body's center of gravity shifts to the right or left, due to the lateral bending of the upper body, which is typical for body feints. - Do not lean backwards. - The arms are angled in the elbow joint and are carried sideways by the body, according to the normal arm movement when running / walking. - Bend your leg when taking the ball with you. - The ball is only touched lightly ("gently"). A sensitivity for the ball must be built up. - The gaze should be released from the ball regularly (alternating gaze towards the ball and towards the front). - Keep up the pace. - As many ball contacts as possible. - The legs are slightly bent in the knee joint during execution. - Tight ball guidance (ball should not leave the foot more than 50 cm). - 30 cones
