Structure of the exercise according to the drawing. Distribution of players: B and C are the players on the upper starting cone, player A is on the lower cone. The balls are at the upper starting cone.
The starting player (B) begins with a dribble to the cone goal and makes a feint there. Then he passes the ball to the next player (A) waiting for the ball on the lower cone. He takes the ball to the side and does the same exercise as B (dribbling, feint, pass to player C). This exercise sequence continues permanently.
- The ball is dribbled at the highest speed. - The feint execution takes place directly at the height of the cone gate. - The pass is made sharply in the path of the player waiting for the ball. - The player waiting for the ball makes a short countermovement as soon as the passer starts the hollowing movement and then starts into the ball. - The side ball is carried with the inside or outside of the instep. - The ball acceptance and furter movement should be a fluid movement. Avoid bouncing off the ball too far or picking it up and taking it away from the straight path. - All ball-related exercises should be practiced with both the right and the left foot. - 5 cones
