Dribbling-Feints-Coordination

Setup

  • 5 cones
  • 3 markers
  • 9 rings

Procedure

Both players start dribbling simultaneously towards the blue marker. Shortly before reaching the marker, they perform the following techniques:

  • Body feint to the left (lunge) and an outside-of-the-foot dribble to the right.
  • Stepover with the left foot and an outside-of-the-foot dribble to the right. After the feints, the players play a pressured pass to the next teammate opposite them and then proceed to run through the marker course on the right with quick, short steps, while on the left, they run through the rings: 1 foot right, 1 foot left, 1 ring with both feet.

  • Execute a change of pace after the feints
  • Act on the forefoot during the rings and marker course
