4 cones are built as a diamond. The players position themselves at the cones with the ball according to the graphic.
B dribbles and tries to collect a point together with player D in which they try to drop the ball behind the imaginary cone line from player A's starting position. A and E try to prevent this. A 2 against 2 situation arises. If A wins the ball, E tries to dribble to the other side. Variants: - 2 against 1 - 3 against 2
- If the player in possession of the ball starts dribbling, this is the start signal for all other players. - Player C offers and tries to run behind. - Defensive duel (conquering the ball is the top priority! Do not shoot the ball away.) - Positioning the body so that the opponent is pushed away from the goal. Close the path to the baseline. Stand sideways, lure the enemy where you want them; then slide your body in between to conquer ball. - Stand on your footpads, not on your whole feet. - Try to slow down the opponent's pace. (This is to gain time for the other defenders in the game.) - Offensive duel If possible, approach the opponent at the highest speed. At slow pace try to use a body illusion. - 4 cones
