Construction of a cone square according to the graphic. The players are evenly distributed on the four outer cone. Every player has a ball.
Only two players dribble at a time. One player with and the other without a ball. In the middle the ball is handed over to the other player. After handing over the ball, they move to the opposite cone. As soon as the first two players have handed over the ball, the next two players of the other two cones start immediately. This process takes place in constant change.
The players have to develop a run and a handover timing and keep looking upwards while dribbling. - Make sure that the players start at the same time. - Demand clean, tight ball guidance (ball is no further than 50 cm from the foot) and demand fast dribbling. - Approx. The ball is handed over 50-100 cm apart. - After handing over the ball there is a 2-3 m long sprint (release from the opponent). - As soon as the ball has been handed over, the next two players start (red / gray - start timing). - The exercise can be easily trained with up to 20 players. - 4 cones
