Dribbling + passing + receiving and taking the ball

Setup

Construction of several cones facing each other according to the graphic. The players are evenly distributed over the cones. The respective starting player has a ball.

Procedure

The two starting players A + B start dribbling at the same time and play a diagonal pass to each other. The ball is taken from the movement, dribbled a few meters and the same process starts again. Both players try to dribble at the same pace and pass in sync.

Tip

- The ball is dribbled at the highest speed. - The pass is made sharply in the path of the player waiting for the ball. - The ball acceptance and further movement should be a fluid movement. Avoid bouncing off the ball too far or picking it up and taking it away from the straight path. - All ball-related exercises should be practiced with both the right and the left foot. - 4 cones
