Procedure
The goalkeeper lies on his stomach, looking at the ground. The GC dribbles the ball towards the goal and while doing so gives an initial charge to the goalkeeper. As soon as the goalkeeper notices this he stands up as quickly as possible and tries to win the one of one situation. Equipment: 1 field goal
