Setup

A box. One ball per player.

Procedure

To help the players to learn a new move or skill it is advisable to use the following steps: 1. Place the group in front of the coach 2. Slowly explain and demonstrate the movement. First in front of the group and then with the group behind the coach. (Easier for the child to imitate) 3. Get the children to imitate the movement while standing still 4. Get the children to slowly imitate the action 5. Gradually increase the speed until you reach the demonstration speed - Swerves, dodges, dribbling techniques and technic drills

4 cones, - Requires high levels of concentration. \n- Demand precision and high speed. \n- Demonstrate each exercise in front of the group. Then let the players imitate your demonstration. Then correct and give detailed explanations to each movement. \n- It is important that the explanation doesn
