Tip

4 cones, - This exercise only works when both teams dribble at the same speed. To achieve this, they must observe one another and communicate to the player with the ball how fast he should dribble. \n- The distance between the players must remain the same, so that the player with the ball has the opportunity to correctly carry out his trick. \n- The player with the ball is forced to regularly look up by the movement of the players towards him. \n- The players approaching the player with the ball should not approach too fast otherwise the distances between players will become irregular. \n- Close & tight control is essential to completing this exercise successfully. \n- The dribbler must keep his eye on both the ball and the opponent. \n- The last pass must be hit precisely to the other side and communicated by way of a short call.
