Setup

Two players positioned at 2 cones placed opposite each other. Three balls at each cone.

Procedure

The focus of this exercise is dribbling techniques, combined with takes at high speed. After each action, the player should complete a short sprint. One player starts with a ball and passes in space to the middle of the exercise area to the player opposite who moves towards the ball.
