Slow jog with ball 2. Progressive run with ball 3. Sprint with ball 4. Backward run with ball In the final step, the coach combines numbers with letters so the players execute the respective combination on verbal commands (1 A - D, 2 A - D, 3 A - D, 4 A - D): 1 C - Jog with the instep 2 A - Progressive run with the inside 3 B - Sprint with the outside 4 D - Guide the ball backward with the solen

Tip

- High concentration required. - Constantly demand accuracy and tempo. - Demonstrate the individual exercises in front of the group. Then have the players replicate what they observed, then move to error correction and explain the details of each technique. - It is important that correct and clear explanations do not lead to information overload. - Players should learn to observe and apply what they observed. Similar to a game. There, too, the coach cannot always dictate how to react to each situation. Later, the letter or number instructions replace the observation skill. - For skilled groups, a stress situation can also be simulated by the coach verbally increasing pressure on the players. - 4 cones or more
