Tip
When dribbling, maintain tight ball control using the outside of the foot (ball no more than 50 cm from the foot). - Make sure shooting is practised with both right and left foot. - Pay attention to proper body posture when shooting (upper body over the ball; standing leg approx. 30-40 cm offset to the side of the ball, foot pointing in the direction of the shot; arms swing with the movement; the arm nearest to the shooting leg follows the leg's windup motion, the other is brought forward; eyes are on the ball at the moment of the shot). - Different shooting techniques can be practised (possibly at the coach's direction): inside of the foot, laces, curling, etc. - As soon as the active player shoots, the next player starts dribbling. - 6 cones, 2 full-size goal(s)
