Endless Passing Drill One-Touch Pass through Cone Gate

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19, Men's / Women's

  • Number of Players 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players, 16-22+ players

Setup

  • 7 cones
  • 1 player per position
  • Rest of the players at position A
  • Position A has a ball

Procedure

  • Player A passes diagonally to C and follows the ball. C lets it bounce through the cone gate to B and follows the ball to position B.
  • Player B plays diagonally to player D and moves towards the position.
  • Player D passes through the cone gate to E. Player E passes back, swiftly moves around the left cone, and receives a pass through the cone gate. He takes the ball and dribbles towards A. Player D moves to position E.

Tip

  • Suitable for 6-9 players. With more players, the drill can be turned into a competition between 2 teams.
  • Always perform an explosive movement after the pass.
  • Gradually increase the pace of the drill.
  • Try to make passes with one touch.
