  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19, Men's / Women's
  • Training Set Main point
  • Number of Players 1 - 5 players, 6 - 9 players, 10-15 players

Setup

  • 4 mini-goals
  • Cones to mark the playing area
  • Divide players into equal-sized teams

Procedure

  • In a field of at least 12m x 12m, two players play one-on-one sequentially. The players stand in two rows behind each other, left and right next to the coach. The four goals are evenly distributed in the field with their backs to each other and the openings facing outward.
  • The coach plays a ball into the field. Once the ball is in play, the first players in each line can enter the field. Now, both players try to score on one of the 4 goals as quickly as possible. If the ball goes out of bounds or into the goal, the attack ends, and the players leave the field.

Tip

Coaching Points:

  • Use feints, as well as changes in speed and direction, to break away from the opponent.
  • Dribble with the foot opposite to the opponent.
