Set up a cone square with a pole/flag/cone placed in the centre. Equal numbers of players distribute at each cone.
Procedure
The first player at cone A and the first player at cone D simultaneously start dribbling toward the centrally placed flag/pole/cone and perform a feint specified by the coach just before reaching it. They then continue diagonally to the opposite cone. The first players at cones B and C start their turns as soon as players A and D have passed the centre cone. Variant: Players run to the centre cone, perform the coach's specified feint, check, and run back to the same cone they started from.
Tip
- Absolutely ensure that players start at the same time. - For a shot or pass fake, players must perform the feint to the same side (when executing with the right leg, both go left of the cone; when executing with the left, right of the cone). - Generally, the following rules apply to feints: Feints are body fakes. Therefore, attention must be paid to the movement of the upper body, which is used to deceive the opponent. Always have exercises performed with both feet. Many touches on the ball, always control the ball, keep it close to the foot so the opponent cannot reach it. Wait until 1-2 metres before the cone (which represents the opponent) to execute the move. - 5 cones
