Fake shot trick + dragging the ball back behind the standing foot

Setup

The trick can be practiced in a coned-in area or anywhere where the player has some space. One ball per player.

Procedure

The player starts by dribbling then dummies a shot with his right foot. His left standing foot should be in front of the ball and then he drags the ball back behind his standing leg with his right instep, to the left. The player turns 90 degrees to the left and dribbles with his left outstep, past his opponent.

Tip

- The fake shot trick is a full body movement. As a result, the player should make sure that he keeps his body upright as long as possible, until the last second before he drags the ball back between his legs.
