Two cones are placed 10 meters apart. The starting cone forms the middle of the rings and is one meter away. Three rings are placed on each side.
These are one-leg jumps with a final sprint. The player starts with one-leg jumps on the left ball of the foot to the left and has to jump outwards in each ring and back again. Then in a smooth transition, do the same to the right with your right foot. When the player is back in the middle, a sprint to the cone follows. Alternative: - The distance between the cones can vary between 5 and 20 meters. - Several cones can be set up and thus sprinkled to the side or to two cones with a change of direction. - The player starts on a start signal from the coach (e.g. by shouting, numbering, hand signal or by a pass)
- The upper body should be fairly straight or only slightly bent forward. - The contact time with the ground may only be very short and you can immediately jump to the ground again. - Everything is done at the highest pace by briefly touching the footpads. - Do not put on with the entire foot, especially the heel. - First study the movement slowly and then increase the pace. - Only one contact with the ground per jump. - Sprint must be explosive. - After the sprint start, the next foot must be put forward and not laterally or at the same height as the starting foot. - It is sprinted to the cone and the speed is not throttled shortly before the target cone. - Don't forget the arm insert. - 6 ring (s), 2 cones
