Setup

• 4 yellow cones

• 4 red cones

• all available balls

3-5 players position themselves at each of the four yellow cones (depending on total number of players).

Procedure

The first players of each row start the drill all at the same time.

In one round, 4 players are always involved.

At position 2, the player dribbles up to the red cone and immediately shoots on goal.

At position 1, the player first completes the slalom course with the ball and then finishes.

Meanwhile, the player on position 3 plays the ball out to the player 4, who hits a sharp cross while in motion.

After players 1 and 2 have shot on goal, they cross their paths to goal and try to score of the cross.

Depending on intensity and skill level, the drill can be supplemented with different coordination and technical aspects.

Tip
