Finishing Game - Game through the Wings

Setup

  • 2 goals on half field
  • Cones to mark the wing zones
  • Divide into 6 vs 6 + goalkeepers

Procedure

  • Free play in the middle zone. Goals scored during regular play count as one point.
  • Goals scored after a run behind the defense from the wing count as two points. In this scenario, the winger receives the ball, dribbles into the middle zone, and then passes it back to the wing. The player who initially passed to the winger makes a run behind the defense in the wing zone at high speed and crosses the ball into the middle zone.
  • Game through the third player, goal counts as three points. In this case, the winger receives the ball and passes it to a free teammate in the middle zone before moving into the middle zone themselves. The player who initially passed to the winger makes a run behind the defense in the wing zone, receives the ball from the third player, and crosses it into the middle zone.
