Where possible, each player should have their own ball. Depending upon the number of players, setup several groups. Opponents can also be substituted with cones. The opponents/cones should be placed to the offset to the side.
Procedure
The player starts by dribbling to the first opponent/cone. Approx. 1-2 meters in front of the cone he flicks the ball back with the inside of his left foot and sprints past the opponent/cone. He then dribbles to the second opponent/cone. There he flicks the ball back, this time with the inside of his right foot and sprints past the opponent/cone. The second player can start when the first player is at the first cone. The next time through, the players flick the ball first with the inside of their right foot and then with their left foot.
