Setup

The offensive team is positioned at the 16-meter line. The exercise is trained on goal on one half of the field. The right midfielder H positions himself in a half-left position to take the free kick. The balls are with him. The two strikers are positioned at the same height in the penalty area between the penalty point and the penalty area boundary. The right central defender C is in the middle and a little bit behind between the two strikers. The left central defender B and the half-right midfielder G are placed at the level of the penalty area, slightly to the right of the semicircle of the penalty area. The right outer midfielder E is positioned in the central back area and player A goes into the back area of ​​player H. Procedure

Player H fakes a cross and passes the ball to player E, who shoots directly at the goal. With the swing out movement of player E, the offensive players set in motion.
