Procedure

Tip

- The focus of this game format is on quick play to the central striker. - The teams should be in constant motion. Players try to continuously make themselves available and offer passing options to their teammates. - The team without possession tries to cleverly close passing lanes and spaces and constantly pressures the player on the ball and those around him. - This game format requires an enormous amount of running and tactical awareness and is characterised by constant communication. It also develops long-range passing and quick counterattacks. - Players must constantly break free from their markers and move into the danger zone. - 2 full-size goal(s)
