Double structure of two cone parcours with one mini- or handball goal according to the drawing. Two groups are formed, which are divided between the two stations. The balls are located at start position A and at the corresponding station of group B.
Using group A as an example: Player A plays a double pass with B. He passes the ball back diagonally into the path of C, which started at the same time as A's pass movement from his cone towards the hat goal. C accepts the ball, dribbles briefly and shoots through the cone gate to the mimi goal. The stations within the two groups are switched in sequence after each action (A-> B; B-> C etc.) The hits in the groups are counted.
- The pass receiver makes a brief countermovement as soon as the passt player goes into the hollowing out movement. - The pass and the subsequent ball deposit should be played towards and with the strong foot. - The pass to C must be played centrally in front of the cone gate. - Ball take off should be at full speed. - Short explosive dribbling with tight ball control. - Ensure correct posture when shooting: upper body over the ball; Leg about 30-40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing along; the arm that is closest to the shooting leg follows the movement of the leg, the other is brought forward; the gaze is on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Quick change of position to ensure a quick process. - 2 mini goal (s), 12 cones
