Construction of a goal, a bumper cone and a starting cone according to the drawing. One player stands at the bumper cone, the others line up with ball at the starting cone.
A plays a double pass with B, where B plays the ball in the path of A (see drawing). A then plays the ball in depth so that player B can sprint towards the ball and shoot the goal. After completion of the action player A takes the place of player B and player B changes to the starting cone.
- The opening pass to the bouncer should be played towards his strong foot. - The player B makes a counter-movement at the moment of the swinging motion of A. - Pay attention to a powerful and precise passing game. - The pass in depth must be timed so that the receiver can use it before the penalty area from in movement. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - 2 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
