Construction of a goal, a cone A and a cone B according to the drawing. A player is positioned at cone B the others with ball to the cone A.
Player A plays the ball through the legs of player B standing with his back to the goal. The player B turns around his own axis and sprints to the ball at the highest speed and shoots at the goal. Player A will now take the position of player B and player B will turn to cone A.
- Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Player B starts as soon as the ball has rolled underneath him. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - The matching player must time his attack very well, so that the exploiting player can reach the ball preferably before the 16-meter line and shoot at the goal. - 2 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
