Construction of three adjacent goals and two starting (A + B) - and a bumper cone. One player (or coach) stands at the bumper cone, the others are evenly distributed on the two starting cones. Every player has a ball.
Three-goal shooting competition. The starting player of one of the two groups starts the exercise by playing a double pass with the bouncer and then shooting at one of the three goals. Once the player has fired at the goal, the starting player of the other group starts. From cone A the shot is played from the left, from the cone B with right. After each shot the players change the starting position. If the coach is not the bouncer, it will be changed regularly. Option: If the players score three goals in a row, the goalkeepers must do five push-ups, if you hold three balls in a row, the outfield players must do five push-ups.
- Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Always exercise on both feet. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - Immediately after the player has fired on the goal, the next one starts. - 3 cones, 3 big field goal (s)
