Construction of two opposite goals as well as four starting and a bouncer cone (see drawing). One player goes to the bouncer cone, the rest are evenly distributed to the four starting cones. The players of group A and B have the balls.
Player A starts with a pass to the bouncer. This one plays the ball to the side of player A1, who shoots directly on the goal. Then the two players switch to the opposite groups (A to B1 and A1 to B), the bouncer turns and now receives a pass from B, which he plays to B1 this playert shoots on goal. Then these two also switch to the opposite groups. Option: A second bouncer positions next to the first bouncer. The exercise will now be performed in parallel. That both groups (A + A1 and B + B1) start at the same time.
The course of the exercise is as follows: Player A / B goes into the
backswing to pass -> counter-movement of the bouncer (short backward movement followed by a short sprint 1-2m). The bouncer goes into the backswing to pass -> player A1 / B1. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - The bouncer makes a short counter-movement as soon as the starting player goes into the hollowing-out movement. - After completing the pass, the bouncer must immediately turn to the other side to play the next pass with the other group. - The pass to the bouncer should be played towards his strong foot. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - 4 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
