Goal shot on two goals after pass in the depth

  • Age U6 - U13, U14 - U19
  • Training Set Main point

Setup

Construction of two opposite goals as well as four starter cones (see drawing). The players are evenly distributed to the four starting positiones. The players of group A and B have the balls.

Procedure

The players play the ball to each other and then shoot on goal. Player A begins with a diagonal play towards player B1. Then player B plays the ball to the player A1 to shot on goal. The players change the position with their neighboring cone after each action (A with A1 / B with B1 and vice versa).

Tip

- If the passer-by starts to move, the ball-receiving player starts. - Pay attention to correct posture during shooting: Upper body over the ball; Leg about 30- 40 cm laterally offset to the ball, foot points in the direction of firing; Arms swing; the arm closest to the firing leg will move the leg out, the other will move forward; the look is focused on the ball at the moment of the shot. - Make sure that the shot on goal is trained with right and left. For this you can shoot from one side only with left, from the other only with right. - Different shooting techniques (inside kick, thrust, twirl, etc.) can be practiced (if required by the trainer). - 4 cones, 2 large field goal (s)
