Two groups are formed. Structure of a goal, two cones at which a thrower is positioned and two starting cones on which the remaining players are divided. The balls are with the throwers.
The red team starts with the red player starting at the goal and being followed by the blue player. The red thrower now tries to throw the ball so that the red teammate can head it into the goal. The blue player tries to stop him. It is played in full contact. The attacking team changes after each attack. The throwers change regularly. Variant: A player can be switched on by the team throwing in, so that a 2 against 1 overpower game arises.
- It is crucial that the throws are made precisely (with both hands). - Do not throw "arc lamps", but slightly linearly rising balls. - Throw ball with momentum, but not too tight. - The hit area for the header is the forehead. - The momentum for the header is obtained from the 'arch tension' of the upper body (hollow cross posture). - In the case of a flying header or header after a jump, the feetpads are used. - Pay attention to fair duels in head-to-head battles (without using elbows). - The defending player must try to get the ball in front of the attacking player or take a position closer to the goal than the attacker. - The goalkeeper may try to intercept the thrown balls. - 4 cones, 1 large field goal (s)
