  • Number of Players 10-15 players

Setup

Two cones. Two groups are formed, which are lined up behind the cones according to the drawing.

Procedure

Player 1 (red) heads the ball to player 1 (blue) and then immediately squats. Player 1 (blue) heads to player 2 (red), then immediately crouches and player 2 (red) heads to player 2 (blue). Player 2 (blue) then to player 3 (red) and this again to 3 blue ... etc. If the last header reaches player 5 (blue), the order is reversed and the exercise starts with player 5 (blue).

Tip

- The hit area for the ball is the forehead. - The momentum for the header is obtained from the 'arch tension' of the upper body (hollow cross posture). - The players train the header timing and a precise header game very strongly. - 2 cones
