The goalkeeper is in the goal, the goalkeeper coach is 12-16 metres in front with the balls.
Procedure
The goalkeeper coach throws/shoots balls into the top corner. Either in series to one corner or alternating between the left and right top corner. The goalkeeper tries to save the balls by jumping from the centre of the goal (possibly with one intermediate step). Afterward, he returns to his starting position.
Tip
- The goalkeeper's starting position is always the centre of the goal. - The goalkeeper starts his action as soon as the ball leaves the coach's hand/foot. - The takeoff is performed either without or with only one intermediate step. Multiple steps result in too much time lost. The body weight is on the push-off leg during takeoff. - The goalkeeper jumps to the side with a swing step. To the right by swinging through the right foot and pushing off sideways through the balls of the feet. To the left by swinging through the left foot. - In this movement sequence, the hands and face point toward the coach. - 1 full-size goal(s)
