Equipment: 8 long benches or vaulting boxes, cones, 1 ball per player on the goal line, 1 goal.

Procedure

  • Player A plays a ground pass through the cone goal.
  • Player B lays the ball off low back through the cone goal.
  • A plays low over the first board past the cone goal.
  • B controls the ball and takes it in their stride, turns 180 degrees to the outside and lets the ball rebound off the second vaulting box, which stands crossways.
  • Then B plays against the board again and uses the third vaulting box, which stands lengthways, as a board.
  • Now B runs around the outside of the second vaulting box, steps over the self-played ball with the left foot, controls it, shifts it from the right foot onto the left and plays a firm pass with the left foot against the fourth vaulting box.
  • After that B runs to the ball and finishes first time on goal.
  • Player A takes up the position of B, B dribbles back around the outside to A.
  • The team on the left side completes the same sequence mirrored.
  • After a few rounds the teams swap sides.
