Juggling - foot, knee, head, neck, heel, chest

Setup

One ball per player.

Procedure

The players juggle the ball in the following order foot, knee, head, neck, heel and chest. The player then lets the ball drop from his chest onto his foot and the sequence starts again. After each run-through the player should change feet (right, left, right, left etc.).

Tip

- This juggling sequence is very difficult and so only suitable for players/teams with advanced skills. - This exercise requires extremely high close skill levels and high levels of coordination.
