Juggling - foot/knee/shoulder/head/shoulder/knee/foot

Setup

One ball per player.

Procedure

The players juggle the ball in the following order right foot, right knee, right shoulder, head, left shoulder, left knee and left foot. Then left foot, left knee, left shoulder, head, right shoulder, rights knee, right foot. The sequence then starts again.

Tip

- The players should only touch the ball once with each part of their body. - To introduce a competitive edge, the players can count the number of touches they are able to complete without the ball touching the ground. The player with the most touches - wins. - This exercise requires high skill levels and high levels of coordination.
