Two cones are set up opposite each other. Three players share one ball.
Procedure
Three players keep the ball in the air and pass it to each other. Alternative: - The passing player calls out to the receiving player, as soon as the ball has left his foot, the number of mandatory touches the receiver must take before passing the ball on (1, 2 or 3). - Juggling in groups of three. Always set a focus on foot, head, or thigh. - The player in the middle is fixed in position and always turns to the respective ball carrier for a wall pass. - The passing lane is also the running lane. This means the players constantly switch positions.
Tip
- When using the instep, open up the foot. - Do not pull the toes up if possible. This gives the ball spin and makes it easier to juggle. Fine technique is therefore less developed. - Communicate with each other. - Inside of the foot, outside of the foot, and instep, as well as thigh, head, chest, and shoulder can be used. - Don't pass too hard. - 2 cones
