The players juggle the ball alternately with the left and the right thigh. They are not allowed to touch the ball with any other part of their body. Alternative: Small children should hold the ball in their hands, throw the ball lightly into the air, onto their thigh and then catch it again. Take turns left
Tip
- To introduce a competitive edge, the players can count the number of touches they are able to complete without the ball touching the ground. The player with the most touches - wins. - The thigh must be held flat when the ball touches it (i.e. knee up) so that the ball comes lightly towards the body - The player should stand up straight and keep his eye on the ball. The player should be able to lean backwards or forwards to adjust to the flight of the ball. - The arms remain at the side of the player
