The player juggles the ball alternately with the left and right thigh. The ball must not be touched with any other body part. Alternative: For young children, take the ball in hand, toss it lightly, play it with the thigh and catch it again. Alternate right and left.
Tip
- To motivate the players, consecutive successful rounds can be counted. The player with the most "rounds" wins. - At the moment the ball lands on the thigh, it must be horizontal or the knee slightly raised so the ball bounces slightly toward the body. - The upper body is upright, eyes on the ball, occasionally leaning forward or backward for balance. - The arms are at the sides of the body and bent at the elbows (similar to carrying a crate of water).
