Setup

Setup a playing area with two goals. Several balls in one goal. The coach selects two teams of 6 - 9 players.

Procedure

Two teams, both with goalkeepers. The ball can only be controlled in the air. If the ball touches the ground, the opposing team gains possession. The team without the ball is allowed to attack the team in possession and attempt to regain possession.. Only the goalkeeper is allowed to touch the ball with his hands. If the ball touches the ground the nearest player can volley pass the ball from his hands from that position. The player in possession is allowed as many touches as he likes. Only goals scored directly (with the players

Tip

6 cones, 2 full-court goal(s), - The game often flows better when the goalkeeper makes a long, up field clearance. \n- When possible, the players should play one touch. \n- The teams should be set out according to their positions (to avoid all the players gathering forward or at the back). \n- This is a game for highly skilled players/teams.
